Foreclosure Sale Attendance Service
A.S.A.P. has put together an extensive network of agents to conduct the sales of properties at
the designated times and locations specified in the Notice of Sale. Each auction is conducted
according to the manner required by local law. Our service includes the conducting of
Foreclosure Sales at a designated sale location, when required, or from a centralized
public place (i.e., courthouse or city hall). The volume of foreclosure sales we handle

A.S.A.P. will conduct a complete tax search prior to all foreclosure sales in order to provide
you with current outstanding tax figures that must be calculated into your opening bid
amount. We take on the responsibility of contacting all of the necessary assessment and
tax offices to obtain the most up-to-date information regarding any outstanding liens
that may be held against the property at the time of sale. This includes searches for the
