Publication Service

A.S.A.P. prepares and assigns the legal notice to the appropriate adjudicated publication unless designated by the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale. The publication service includes typesetting, proofreading, and submitting the notice to the newspaper in accordance with all applicable deadlines. Through our years of experience, we've gained familiarity with the publishing specifications of over 3000 newspapers nationwide, and subsequently built an excellent rapport with out publishing partners for better results.


Posting Service

Our extensive network of agents provides our clients with the ability to meet the most stringent foreclosure timelines and service standards. Determination of procedure is based on each state's statutory requirements. A.S.A.P. acts as an extended arm for the client, giving them the opportunity to provide a service that is not feasible otherwise. Foreclosure Sale Attendance Service

A.S.A.P. has put together an extensive network of agents to conduct the sales of properties at the designated times and locations specified in the Notice of Sale. Each auction is conducted according to the manner required by local law. Our service includes the conducting of Foreclosure Sales at a designated sale location, when required, or from a centralized public place (i.e., courthouse or city hall). The volume of foreclosure sales we handle increases exposure to our client's sale information and the opportunity for third party participation. The experience, professionalism, and expertise of our sales agents give our clients the added assurance that the job is being done appropriately.

Tax Search Service

A.S.A.P. will conduct a complete tax search prior to all foreclosure sales in order to provide you with current outstanding tax figures that must be calculated into your opening bid amount. We take on the responsibility of contacting all of the necessary assessment and tax offices to obtain the most up-to-date information regarding any outstanding liens that may be held against the property at the time of sale. This includes searches for the following, based on property location:
